Ingredients


  • 1,300g CJ Chiffon Cake Mix
  • 2,000g Chicken Eggs
  • 50g SP/ Cake Gel / Stabilizer
  • 300g Water / Milk
  • 300g Cooking Oil / Liquid Butter

How to make


Step 1
Add the flour, eggs, and stabilizer to the mixer and beat until stiff peaks form.

Step 2
Add water/milk and continue beating at high speed for about 2–3 minutes.

Step 3
Add the oil and beat at medium speed for about 1–2 minutes. Then pour into the cake pan.

Baking
Bake at upper oven temperature: 175 °C /
Baking time: 35–40 minutes (depending on the oven)

Roll the cake, decorate the cake as desired
