Recipe for making fluffy, soft, and delicious Bánh Bao with CJ Bánh Bao pre-mixed flour
Ingredients
- 1000g CJ Bike Brand Bao Bun Premix Flour
- 8 - 10g Dried Mushrooms
- 370g - 430g Water / Fresh Milk
How to make
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in water and stir well. Add the dissolved yeast mixture to the bao dough (remember to set aside 2 teaspoons of flour for dusting). Knead the dough vigorously and evenly for 20-25 minutes until it is smooth and uniform.
Step 2
Dough is made multiple times, cut, and shaped (use dusting flour to prevent sticking). Place cookies on parchment paper.
Step 3
Ferment for 35-45 minutes.
Steam cake
Steam the cakes (boil water in the steamer until it's really boiling, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to make the cakes whiter). Steam for about 20-25 minutes.
