- 500g Fried Chicken Flour
- 500g Chicken
- 180ml cold water
How to make
Step 1: Mix the powder with water
Mix 100 g of chicken flour with 180 ml of cold water until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
400g leftover fried chicken flour used as coating flour
Step 2
Wash the chicken, drain it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Dip the chicken in the wet batter mixture, then roll it in the dry flour. Rub the flour evenly with your hands.
Step 3
Fry the floured chicken pieces in hot oil at 170°C – 180°C until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.
