Ingredients
- 100g Tempura Mix Powder Bicycle
- 140g cold water
- A portion of dry flour for dusting
- Peeled shrimp
- Vegetables of your choice
How to make
Step 1: Mix the powder
Mix 100g of Tempura premix evenly with 140ml of cold water until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Let the batter rest for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Peeled shrimp with tails left on. Vegetables cut as desired.
Roll shrimp and vegetables in dry flour so the batter sticks better.
Step 3
Dip shrimp and vegetables into the batter.
Step 3
Deep-fry in hot oil at 170 °C – 180 °C until golden brown and cooked to your liking (about 3 – 4 minutes). Then, remove from oil and drain on a plate.
