Ingredients
- 1.000g Moist Chocolate Cake Premix
- 180g Eggs
- 250g Water
- 300g Soybean oil
How to make
Step 1:
Add water, eggs, pre-mixed flour, and oil to the bowl, mix well at slow speed (1 minute).
Step 2:
Mix the mixture on high speed (4 minutes). After mixing, pour the batter into the cake pan.
Step 3:
Bake at upper heat: 180 °C / Lower heat 190 °C
Baking time: 25 ± 5 minutes (depending on oven)
