160g Sugar
10g Salt
10g Sweet Men
100g Milk Powder
20g Lion Powder
8 Egg Yolks
450g - 500g Fresh Milk
300g Butter
How to make
Step 1 Weigh all the ingredients and add them to the mixer (except the butter); beat at speeds ranging from slow to fast until the dough forms a thin membrane (approximately 70%).
Step 2: Add the butter and beat at a speed ranging from slow to medium until the dough reaches the 100% stage—forming a thin film—and becomes smooth and beautiful.
Step 3: Create a "Hoa Cúc" bread mold. Proof the bread in a proofing box for about 60 minutes (proofing box temperature 37 °C).
Step 4: Bake at a temperature above 160°C, below 190°C, for 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven).
